The 6008?s are for the later ver of the DM16 and the top keys are for DSS/BLF. The lower keys were where the lines are. And there was a 12 button phone that had lines on the left side and DSS keys on the right. If you cant take the phone and plug into the right side of the KSU into the station ports and have them work you need to return the KSU its toast.

Does anyone know if the programming is in the system or user manual for the Mod 16 Key... It is the 616 little blue plastic jobber.
I have a client that wants different lines to ring at different locations and not at other locations. He does not want to pay for the manual he "does not need". This should say everything about the client. I know where to buy but not which one.
