How do you Program the One-Touch Keys?
I want to speed dial within an office network.

To program a one touch key, follow this procedure.
1) Press idle CALL key and dial 855
2) Press the one touch key you want to program.
3) Dial the extension number you want assigned to that key; or
dial the general trunk access key ('9' to get an outside line and the number you want to dial
4) Press HOLD
5) You can enter the name of the one touch key if so desired
6) Press HOLD again
7) Press SPKR to hang up
That should do it.
