AC:

Try this---
1. Lift Handset
2. Press DC
3. Dial "*"
4. Dial two digit code (00-99)
5. Dial number to be stored, up to 18 digits
6. Hang up

All extension users can access these system wide speed dial numbers.

I have a similar question, but for TIE ONYX 88363 and 88355. How can I change the names on the extensions? please help....The manual doesn't say about extensions, just outside lines.
