My caller ID is blocked. I called our provider (SWB) and it is not blocked on their end. This occured after we had a caller ID daugher board installed. Any suggestions?

Call the tech back out and have him fix it. There is a program that will automatically insert the caller ID blocking code for outgoing calls.

Any other suggestions? The company will not come back out because I told them that the tech was only there for 2.5hrs and they are trying to bill be for 3hrs.

If you don't pay your bills I don't think we want to help you either. This is something that needs to be done by a tech, so you'll have to call someone out there.

We only bill in 1 hour increments for labor and in with and .5 hour for travel time with extra added for downtown parking. Well, I can certainly see if you are contesting the bill, why would they come back out and put more time on it? Makes business sense to me.

Toner,

I never said I did not pay. The company was offended because I questioned them. This same company has done this to me several times before and I finally decided to ask what was going on. It seems to me that they know they are doing this because they were defensive to begin with.
