I have an issue with a CTX100. When I forward all calls to a cell phone from an extension, when a caller calls that extension naturally a conference call is initiated by the CTX in order to call the cell phone. After the caller leaves a message on the cell phone voice mail, the line that the CTX used to call the cell phone will not disconnect. As a result, the cell phone voice mail comes back with a message that says " I'm sorry we did not receive your message either because you were not speaking, or because of a bad connection". When this happens, the owner of the cell phone does not receive the message left by the caller. Does anyone have a solution to this problem.
thanks in advance, Darren

Check your silence timer or run your tone recognition program again if the CTX100 has that feature . If you post what type of Trunks are being used we could give you a little more specific help . If you are using LS/GS Trunks it could be a "far end disconnect" issue . If you are using T1/EM or PRI then trouble shooting goes in a different direction . Let us know . Thanks
