I'm having another problem with this boat anchor.
Intermittently, when users dial a phone number with a 1 in it the call will not go through properly. For some reason the system stops sending any 1's to the phone company. Power off/on resolves the issue for a short time (a day, or 5 minutes).
I'm guessing it's a sticky relay, but I don't know where or how to resolve the problem.

Sounds to me like a bad DTMF port. I don't know the Onyx that well but in other systems that was a pretty good starting point.

Anyone know what board I need to replace to fix a bad DTMF port?
Thanks

Its either a trunk protect card or the 4 port co card that will need to be changed. The trunk or trunks causing the problem must be isolated first. Check programming to find which trunk is first to dial out through the loop keys or ARS or however they are dialing.
