Is there a way to disable the intercom (buzz) feature when the person being buzzed is on the phone?

Second question, how do you program the Forward Busy so that when the phone is busy or in DND that the call goes to voicemail?

Thank you,

David

voice announce = intercom 821
ring announce = intercom 823
each extension can choose there preference.
callforward busy no answer is intercom *22 voicemail extension number followed by 2---hangup dnd light will flash.

The best way to forward a phone is through system programming in software prog # 1027. then the dnd light does not flash.
