I've got a Nitsuko DX2NA phone and the DND does not work. I push DND 1 and it does nothing. All the other phones on our system work fine. The strange thing is I've moved my phone to another office and it works on that line. I put a phone that works on my line and it has the DND problem. So it seems there is something set on my line that won't allow DND. Is this possible, and how can I fix it??

What local are you trying to do this from? The Nitsuko is programmed in class of service for the operator phone not to allow it to go into DND mode. This willl require a service call by a technician to change the COS.

Operator class cannot have DND on most Nitsuko that I know of. If set as operator, you would not have Handsfree i most cases.
