I have a customer that whenever you call x301 it connects to a cell phone. I cancelled forwarding by *2 and Off Prem *4. It still forwards.
What am I doing wrong.

It's in the large user manual
To Forward:
Call 1 *4 6+line access code Dial Number desired Hold Spkr
To Cancel:
Call 1 *4 6+Hold Skkr
DND Light should go out.

The extention could also be fixed call forwarded in the setup programming. Sometimes this is setup via phantom extentions in night mode.
