recently installed a used 124i for a client. never done a nitsuko in 25 yrs of telecom, but I think there alright. My problem ( non-verified at this point) is lines 5-7, which hadn't been used by the previous owner, seem to "hold recall" to all phones, rather than just the person who put it on hold. Is this even possible?? If so, how do I stop it ?? Thank you for your input!
Best, Brad

This is purely a guess. Maybe all the extentions share a ringing call coverage key of the operator's extention?
