Hello.
I must first admit that I am not at all familiar at all with the nitsuko 124i system. I mostly do Samsung systems so please excuse the novice questions.
There was a very bad storm which knocked out 2 ports on the 124i. I have physically rewired in order to reassigned these extensions to free working ports on the 124i. The extensions are now powered up!
However, there is no programming on the phone. I can go so far as to get into the programming mode on the system however, I am not sure where to go from there.
I am looking to do the following:
1. Assign extensions to the button on the phone( so then when you press the button, the corresponding phone will automatically answer.
2. Assigned one of the buttons to dial a particular trunk from the CO. ( Example, a line 1 button)
3. Assign a button to be Park 1 in order to park the call. ( This may also be called an Orbit or extended hold,etc...)
4. Assign one of the buttons to be page.
If this was a Samsung system, it would be no problem for me since all these features can be done with MMC 722 however this 124i nitsuko system is completely Alien to me.
I do not even see a place to enter an extension number to view the current configuration like with the samsung systems.
If someone could please walk me through the steps, I would sure appreciate it.
I am sure this is one of the most basic features on the system for someone who normally works with it?
I would sure appreciate any help you can provide.
Thanks!
