This what I ran into and has stumped me.

Customer have the Nitsuko i series with 11 phones, no voice mail.
Station 300 is not used.

This call was handled over the phone on Saturday late PM working with their maintenance man.
All of a sudden stations 306 and 315 would no longer ring on in coming calls. I had him checked to confirm both phones were not on DND and call forwarded, they were not. Instructed him threw program 0909 both phones were in group 1 for day and 10 for night, we did check settings on other stations that are ringing and all matched.

After banging my head for over a hour the maintenance man explain to me they disconnected station 301 (receptionsist phone) because her position had been eliminated. I ask him to re-connect the phone and presto stations 306 and 315 started to ring on in-coming calls.

Million dollar question.
What setting or programming has been set on 301 to cause 306 and 315 not to ring when 301 is disconnected?

Probably have call coverage keys.

Stations 306 and 315 are programmed to ring on incoming calls. Call coverage for 301 or not these phones should ring, but when you disconnect 301 they stop ringing.

Again, 306 and 315 are in ringing groups 01 (day)and 10 (night)

Looks like I'm not the only one stumped. :bang:

I would reinitialize and start over. New Memory battery. Good UPS with AVR. Download the database and you can always get back to where you were in minutes.
You could also try putting the trunks in another ring group 0910 and then the stations 0909.
