We are entering into a joint venture with a company from the states. They have an old Nitsuko system that should still work.

After installing the system in our (Southern Ontario) plant, we can not get the ATRU-LS1 to recognize the incoming telco lines. Everything else (Intercom, paging etc) works like a charm.

I have gone through, to the best of my knowledge (0900's section), all of the appropriate Trunk settings in programming. The status light on the PCB is flashing at the same rate as the other PCBs.

The incoming telco lines are standard voice lines. The ATRU-LS1 does not have any expansion cards on it.

Secondly, the documents declare that the PCB's detect the ringing voltage at ~90V. However, the ringing voltage in the area is ~35V. Could this be a problem?

What is the part number of the card, and I assume you've already checked the fuses on the top?

Not working how? Do you have line appearances programmed on the phones, for example? If so, do the line keys light? Can you pres the "check" key and verify that the key is programmed for a line number that you have installed?

A couple more notes about the system.
I have verified the line buttons are programmed for the 2 lines we have. The ATRU card (pn# DX2NA??) does not have any fuses on the board.

We cannot see incoming ringing (on the phones or the card's LED's) as well as cannot place outgoing calls using either the Line button or using Call 1, #9 and line number.

I have noticed that the test point LED for -55v on the power supply flickers on start-up. Once the system is fully loaded the LED is off.

We do have 2 of these ATRU cards from the previous install and both behave the same.
