somebody probably sold them procom and told them it was special NVM programming software

It might be quicker to find out what the system admin mailbox is and do the programming through that if you know how

There is actually "Special Software" it is called "Idea" if you pm me i will be more than happy to send you the link.

If this is proprietary software then yes that stupid rule set by the U.S. government covering copyright laws would make posting it here against the board rules

All NVM products can be programmed using Hyper terminal or another dos based program. The only time you would need to use the Idea software is if you would like to back up your voicemail.
If you are programming an NVM 2 or 2e it is quicker to do the programming via telephone.
