I am working on a DS01 and at night the system has a line that is DIL to an extension in a warehouse. After the phone rings it forwards on to voicemail. My customer does not want it to go to voicemail anymore they just want it to ring until someone answers. I have tried to cancel the call forwarding on the phone but that doesn't seem to change anything. I have adjusted the timer in PGM 04/06 to increase the amount of time that it rings before going to voicemail but that effects everyone not just that one phone. If someone can point me to the proper memory block or give me a direction to look in that would be great. Thanks you.

Check the overflow destination for that line in nite mode, probably set for (y) and going to vmail. Change to (n).
