Yes it does it needs a page/doorbox card to work. It also has a relay contact on the card.

equipment and/or 92245 Analog Doorchime Boxes.
Each of the (4) circuits also has a contact closure for
control of associated external paging equipment or
customer-provided door strike.
Also provides (4) circuits that detect contact closures
from external equipment and are used with the following
features:
- Alarm Repeating
- Busy fax/modem indication.
Connects to the MDF with up to (12) DDK connectors,
included).
Installs in analog card slots (4-8) of the 124i cabinet.
