I am a Communications Technician with background on a lot of systems but the Nitsuko DX2NA-328 is not one of them. I have a client who switched dial tone providers and when the lines where brought in the installers hooked them up wrong. 10 of the clients 19 phones only have line three out of the 5 line rotary working. The other 9 phones have all lines working and everything is ok. I am hunting up an installers manual so I can identify how the lines and extensions are set up on the bix in order to fix this problem. Also the client had to dial a 9 for a line out before... is their any programming for the Pool that has to be removed and if so can I go into programming from a main set or is it done from a lap top. Thank you to everyone in advance!

Programming can be done through both all phone, one at a time, and pc programming.
