In order to expand the NVM voice mail from 2 ports
to 4 ports , does it have to have the printer port memo plug installed .
I add a 2 port card in, with jumper set correctly,
and see on monitor display that the new card is working, but I can not add the port at the idea software, anyone know ? I do not need the extra
4 hours from the memo plug .Could it be done ?

if your trying to add a aftermarket non Nitsuko voice card I don't believe it will work
