so i work at the big o tires in tracy and we have 3 nitsuko 124i phones. on two of them if you pick up the phone when its ringing it wont answer!!! you have to select the line first..... how can i get it to answer when i pick up the phone???

Check programm 0419 item 25. If it is a zero make it a one. From your discription of the issue I suspect your phones might be ringing in on a call cover key. If this is the case , making the above change all call cover keys will auto answer with out having to press the ringing call cover key. stphnfarris is also correct if it is set up using an incoming ring group.
