Trying to figure out how to get external call forwarding to work for DID's and COT's that appear on a set. It works if it is an internal call going to answering service but if you call from outside (the DID number) it gives you a busy when the set is forwarded..

Mark,
First of all,I want you to know that you are opening your self up to possible toll fraud with this setup.
Make sure the ncos and tgar match on the set you are trying to external call forward, also make sure that xcfa is in the 'cls'.

Thanks for the response; and yes the xcfa is on in the cls because it works if you call the 4 digit extension number, just doesn't work when you call the 7 digit DID number from outside. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Check your permissions restrictions in Mail Check COS on incoming route
Check second forward allowed on system and on set
