when you push ** it loops you back to operator * prompts you to enter your mailbox number after you enter your password it does nothing. Any other suggestions? Unfortunately our vendor only provided us with an acrobat reader version which is difficult to open read and comprehend. Please help....... Thank you

first of all go to adobe dot com, and download the free reader, version 5.0. next as soon as the auto attendant picks up dial **, when prompts for password, dial ext + pswd + #, this should take you to your vmail.

I think this what you are looking for.

after you enter your mailbox number and password, press the pound key. This will log you into your mailbox and tell you if you have any new messages. One thing to keep in mind for people who are trying to retrieve thier messages from a cell phone, is that not all cell phones allow you to enter the * key twice. Voicestream comes to mind right away, but there might be some others.

I get this problem all the time. Just today i couldnt get in with my cell. Devices that are sensitve to DTMF recognition, cant figure out cell DTMF that becomes garbled over the airways. Like old startalks.
