![[Linked Image from sundance-communications.com]](https://www.sundance-communications.com/forum/confused.gif) I have setup an SPN with 1800. This routes fine. What I would like to add is a particular 1800 number to route to a different RLI/DMI table that I have setup. If I add the number in SDRR - ARRN, and then point at the RLI. It will work. However only that 1800 number works. If I dial any other 1800 number it will now not go through. How do I do both without the conflict?

What you are going to have to do is break out the whole range right up to your paticular number. A trick to this is putting in spaces after every 4 digits. 1800 462 7777 - rli 10 1800 462 7776 - rli 1 1800 462 771 - rli 1 1800 462 76 - rli 1 as an example - but you will have to put in every entry.
Hope this makes sense.

Thanks. So if I follow, you are saying for every digit I will need to send 9 different options to the "normal" RLI for each digit in the number. No shortcuts, or wild card characters? If that's right then at least 90 options/SPN's to be added?
