Meridian - would like to "transfer", i.e. (call forward) incoming messages for my sales men to an external line, i.e. to their cell phones. How do I do this?

Appreciate very much

On a Meridian System(Option 11, 51, 61C, 81C) you must change Class of Service on the phone. Go to LD11 and change CLS = XCFA (External Call Forward Allowed) This will allow that phone to forward calls externally -Cell Phone. You may also have to give permission for accessing an outside line. Be careful as this can open up a hole in your system and some possible Toll Fraud.

Why not just go into Mer. Mail and setup remote notification. That way, you set it up and dont have to worry about toll fraud!
