I have an option 11C Rel 23, 2 T1's, and DID. The user dials 9 for an outside line. The user wants an outside line (trunk access) key.
Is it possible to assign a key to access an outside line or trunk group?
The current setup is 5 digit DN's. To call outside the building users must dial x plus a 5 digit base number. To make a local off-base call users must dial x xx plus local 7-digit number. I worked on some systems that I could assign a trunk group access button.
