I have a few Norstar MICS (Commander NT)software cartridges on my test bench that will not initialise. When I power-up with one of these installed, I hear relays in the KSU click about every 10 seconds but the Terminal LCDs flash indefinitely.
Does anyone know of a process to reset the cartridges?....or should I throw them away.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

If the system was already working with a higher s/w version you can't power up with a lower version it will keep flashing.IF you sure that you have a good KSU and S/w and I sugest to you to open The KSU and short the Battery for about a minuet and then try to load up the new s/w it should work then with default settings.
Good luck
