I am on a 0X32 with PRI and have upgraded my software to the latest 5.0 revision.
On a PRI there is the capability to do a call forward (Feature 4) to an external number with the destination code followed by the number.
My Problem: When I call into the phone that is forwarded I get fast reorder tone. I believe that the programming from my service provider is wrong.
Any help on this one would be very cool. I have been working this one for a good week now.

can you make outside calls using your PRI . If the answer is no check your routing,but if the anwer is yes then make sure under capability that the forwaded ext has call redirect enabled and make sure you using the same routing dest codes. it should work fine .I don't see how it could a fault of the provider not to forward,if you are able to make outgoing calls.
