We have a user who says that 3 or 4 times a day, when attempting to park a call gets the LCD message "Not In Service", the other 100 or so times she uses Park, it works OK. Any thoughts?

What are the keys above and below her park key? She might be fat fingering it and hitting another key. Have her try feature74 for awhile and see if she gets error message. Have you been able to duplicate problem?
Good Luck!!

If all else fails, use a BFH.

Thanks, I don't know what those keys are, but I'm thinking along the same lines. I haven't been able to duplicate the problem

This is interesting. . . I have been trying to fix a problem on a MICS that does something almost the same. I have 3 receptionists with 3 CAP modules and when calls are ringing in, they can't transfer to an ext. without getting that same message. All CAPs are assigned to respective ext's. So if you guys come up with an answer, I sure would be interested.
