Legend/Magix! Save $ using standard phones. I have customers who have a office system front but use the Legend/Magix for the call center only. CTI, computer telephony intergration for screen pops is all included.

whoa! everyone wants to help. that's cool.
i'll check out the magix/legend and the comdial.
on the legend, is there a limit on the number of ACD groups/paths?, how about the comdial dx80 or the magix.

Legend/Magix 32 groups per switch but with uniform dial plan you can tie together multiple switches.
