When you hit feature 983 and you put in the log # xxxxxxx and the screen admin mbox etc. comes up, press lets say 1, it asks for a password. Whats the password in this spot?

Our vendor couldn't remember it and supposedly thats where we need to fix something. Right now if we call from the outside to get our messages, we should be able to press * when we hear our voice to retrieve them. That doesn't work. Thats what they are trying to fix.

That password will not fix your problem, it will totally wipe out your programming.
When dialing from outside, and your startalk answers, enter **, enter mailbox number and password.
