Is the MOH input on Yellow/Orange pair, and what display is the ENABLE MOH under?

Programming the Music On Hold Port:
1)enter system programming
2) Enter Password: ******
Display will read: " A. Configuration"
3) Press: SHOW
Display will read: "1. Trk/Line Data"
4) Press: NEXT until you see "4. Miscellaneous"
5) Press: SHOW
Display will read: "Background Music: N "
6) Press the CHANGE softkey until the display reads "Background Music: Y "
7) Press: HEADING
Display will read: "4. Miscellaneous"
8) Press: SHOW
Display will read: "3. Call Handling"
9) Press the SHOW
Display will read: "Held Reminder: 60"
10) Press: NEXT until the display reads: " On hold: Tones"
11) Press the "CHANGE" softkey until the option is " On hold: Music "

I must not be getting into system program, as the display reads "Speed Dial", "Names", etc. I did not see "A. Configuration"

Are you using admin programming? you may have older software,do you have the key template for the phone you are trying to program from?
