hello group. i have a customer who has the first 4 lines as incoming on their mics. they loose audio outgoing. they can still hear the customer but they arent geting out. happens on several sets. anyone else had a simular problem. in not sure where to look- the lsds card, the system or the tel co. thanks for any input. dave

What is the software level? If it is 4.1, upgrade the software.

im not sure what the software level is. i didnt put it in but i can find out. is the 4.1 a troubled software. thanks dave

Low volume, ringing problems, and dropped calls.

Try swapping the cards and testing to see if the problem follows the trunk card. The first four lines are on the first card so it's a good chance you have a card problem.

i had the same thought. i went out yesterday- system was working fine last couple days but the company that sent me wanted me to go back and reboot it.while it was down i traded the 2 lsds cards in the ksu. funny how things often seem to work good when the tech is there. have to wait and see. thanks dave
