Outgoing calls work fine, incomming don't hit target line with DID digits, but you get DISA tone and can enter target line, extension, etc. , caller name and number shows on the extension when you pick up, I can't see where its pointed to DISA. No DISA DN programmed. No Auto Answer DN programmed. The book says you can't designate PRI lines as DISA, but this one is......HELP>>>> Norstar 0x32, DTI card, PRI, new turn-up, with test number on it.

Thanks for the input....but from the 6.1 docs, the PRI is auto answer by default, and can't be changed, so that the digits can be analyzed and delivered to a target line. But the documentation has been proven wrong, when it states that the only way to get the PRI call to be DISA is pointing it to the DISA DN by way of digits received. This one don't have any DISA DN programmed but it still goes to DISA...???? Screwy for sure...

I got it.....Just now. Didn't have to re-ini the switch, either. The PRI program is on the DTI card, not in system program, so a system program dump and re-program probably would not have cleared the trouble. I disabled the card, reassigned th slot as a Loop Start card, re-entered the PRI Key Codes, Reassigned the slot as PRI, enabled the card and like magic.....all is well in the world again. The switch reloads the program onto the DTI Card and starts back clean. Man I'm sure glad I didn't dump it, I'd still be there, putting it all back, then pulling my hair out again.....instead of here relaxing and having a cold one. AAahhhh the rewards for the lowley technician are small...but this this cold one tasts especially good tonight!
