I am using the Norstar COmpact DR2 Telephone here in my office and i have to relabel the memory buttons for all the phones in the office. Can somebody walk me through it? or atleast tell me how to get there?

Sure! To program an external autodial,:
1)dial feature *1.
2) Press the line key associated with the line that the number will be dialed on
3) Press the button you want to program
4) dial the number you want to dial
5) press OK or HOLD to confirm

To program an internal autodail
1) dail feature *2
2) repeat steps 3-5

to program a feature button
1) dial feature *3
2) press the button you want to program
3) dial feature + the feature code
4) press OK or HOLD to confirm

now all you have to do is just pull the keys off, re-arrannge, re-type, or replace them
