Have a customer with a CICS that wants to listen in on conversations as a training tool. I know Viking has a unit that works with the Nortel, is there anything else around that would work with this system. Does Nortel make anything. Thanks Tony

No, I don't believe there is a stand anlone product that Nortel makes. It's available as a built-in feature on MICS 6.1 though.

Thornhil Melco has a unit called the Service Observer Unit. There is a small one and a Large one. The small moniters up to 8 (KMT-308AT) and the large up to 30 (KMT-330AT). I've worked with the Viking and the Melco and prefer the Melco but that's my opinion. You can check out the Melco at www.tnb.com/melco/ Good Luck!
