Z-man: BIG Thanks on making the ZIP file for the software available!
Here's the question: Do you HAVE to have a RAD unit (extra piece to the phone system) to use this software? I'd like to connect directly to the voice mail unit (com port). Is this possible?

my experience has been only with a couple of MICS systems we support, and that indicates that the MICS requires a FastRAD for using the NRU 10 package. The FastRAD provides both a modem for remote access and a DB9 serial port for direct connection.

If NAM you can direct connect of DB9 on bottom. If MICS or CICS need fast-rad to direct connect. CAll Piolet has a built in NIC port to connect to network.
If all else fails, use a BFH.
