I'm installing a new MICS 6.1 with a call pilot 100. I have set my vm # to 251 & 252. I have initialized the call pilot, but after I try to access for programming, I prompted for box & password. I can't seen to find that info, I'm sure it's on the cd somewhere. Can anyone help. I learning the system this week and installing it next week....tks..

Welcome to the club! I'm almost done with my first CP. I had a week to learn it as well, have many years of Norstar experience & certifications, and still hired a Norstar tech for a couple of hours to help me. It was well worth it! That's my recommendation.
I will give whatever help I can.
Please specify whether you are using a telephone or laptop to configure it.
