Hello! We have two Norstar MICS's tied together via a T-1. System B will be using the CO lines from System A. I have my routing set up with no problems.
How can I toll restrict certain phones on System B since all CO calls are using routing to go through System A (except 911)?

Create or find an existing filter for local calls. For each phone, go to Restrictions, Sets, Schedule, Normal, and add the filter.
if it's documented i can figure it out
