I am a novice, but have a Norstar Modular ICS 4.0 system. I had 12 lines but went to T1 and now have 11 lines (gave one to fax machine). Now tel. system looks to line 12 on outgoing calls and finds no dial tone. I put line 12 on hold to let system hunt for next line, but need a better solution. Thanks, Anthony

You will need to go into system programming and remove line 12 from the line pool that you are using for outdial.

I understand what your saying and have determined that my lines are accessing Pool A when we dial 9. But how do I get line 12 off of Pool A.
Thanks, Anthony

In system programming, you will need to go under Lines, then Line data, then change Line type from "Pool A" to "public".
