I'm having a problem making some calls. The system is a MICS 5.0. We can call France or Germany, but certain calls won't go through to Albania. We dial the number and I get silence, after a few seconds, I'll get a message or a fast busy. Do you think this is a phone system issue or a telco issue?

Thanks

Sound like a Telco issue. All the switch does is dial what you do, Telco processes the call. Call Telco and have them check that all International tariffs are setup.

Good Luck!!

If all else fails, use a BFH.

I had the same problems, only in 6.0. I resolved the problem in dest codes; if you are using "9" to access outside lines, change dest codes to 9, any; then change absorbe to 1. This worked for me.
Good luck.
