Our voice mail system is set up so that at lunch and after hours, our receptionist has left a personal type greeting. In the greeting it says if you know your party's extension press it now, etc...Then when she gets done, the thing from norstar basically says the same thing. I dont want to hear both if I were calling in. Plus, its hard to even leave a message in the general delivery box. Please help. Thanks
