customer is asking if she can Zero out of VM back to Operator or other ext after leaving message. Is this built in standard or do we have to enable. I set up an programmed the system but don't do much Nortel.

Just set up the Attendant in F982. This will allow you to zero out of a mailbox. The password is OPERATOR. (Is this too much info, Mods?)
