A friend is running DR5 on a MICS8x24 so I imported a RAD and downloaded 62 megabytes of NorStar Remote Tools Version 10 - over a slow broadband connection.

Ran the software and can talk to the RAD but when I try to do a BACKUP the damn thing sits there for about 2 minutes and then says it can't do BackUp/Restore with DR5.

Q1: What software version DOES BackUp/Restore DR5?

Q2: Where can I download a copy? Searched around on NorStar, couldn't see anything obvious;

Last part. My friend is using the system to train local people to work in an office so he wants me to configure 7 sets to look like a 'hunt group'. Anyone have ideas on how to do this - I know Mitel (have SX-50 in my mini-hotel) but not NorStar!

Thanks.

I beleive you need MICS 2.0 or higher for backup/restore functions.
