One of my clients recently purchased a building with Merlin II system and voice Mail. Everything works but we do not have the password to change the greetings
How do we find this out.

What brand/model voicemail is it?
More than likely it's an external Merlin Mail, but we have to know for sure.
Come back with that info and we'll be glad to get you fixed up.

Sorry about that the voice mail is an external voice mail that says welcome to merlin mail. it looks like an old radio shack tandy computer.
i will be at the site next week Dec 10 or 14th .
