I'm new to norstar. I've got a Norstar Compact Plus system (analogue) and a BT line and a Telewest Line which I would like to connect to it.
I believe I have connected the lines to the correct terminals, but I always get "no dial tone".
Any hints would be much appreciated.
Thanks a lot.
Eric

Which line are you trying to add? 1, 2, 3, or 4.

Is your software restricted or expanded?

If all else fails, use a BFH.

I'm trying to add the first line.

How do I tell if it's restricted or expanded?
There is only the basic module in the CICS, slot 2 is empty, the third slot (smaller one) has a blanking plate.

Thanks for your help.
Eric
