MICS w/14 analog lines.
Moved client over the weekend from one building to the next. Bell moved lines from Bldg. #1 phone room to Bldg. #2 phone room, by switching at the street. No changes were made to the system programming. System was unplugged 1 hr. max and all the settings were saved. Nothing defaulted.
Now, when client tries to use DTMF on connected long-distance calls to access external voicemail, etc. (press "0", #, *), there is no response from the other end. When calling locally, no problem. I called my cell-phone voicemail from client's sets and DTMF worked, allowing me access to my voicemail.
There also seems to be a problem with outbound callers not being heard by the other party (some calls/lines, not all).
I connected my butt-set directly to the line(s) at the block and called several long-distance #'s they were complaining about. DTMF functions work from butt-set.
???
I have no clue. Has this happened to anyone before?
Thanks in advance,

Sounds like an issue for the Telco. Bad tie cable or loading coils maybe?
