(1)ccr answers call, caller responds to recorded message and dials digit, call rings in on line button of that set. Anyway it can ring in at intercom button instead of line button? It was sold with the idea of this function (I can't see how)
(2)ATA dn,ccr routed to dn(doesn't work).Do f*832 (ccr off)go into f*833 and under tree and the appropiate digit it says none, put it in,back out, go back in and it says none again Can you use an ata with ccr or have I missed some other programming for the dn?

Sounds like you're not saving the tree after the change. Are you pressing release instead of backing out with the softkeys?

Are you using F*832 to turn the ccr off first?

to answer your first question, if the caller comes in on line 1, and then transfers to an extension that has an appearance of line 1, then line 1 will ring. The solution is to remove all line appearances from the phone. Now any transferred call will appear on an intercom button. just curious, why is this a big deal? Unless they want to use those buttons for other features.

So they now know that the call is for them. They just couldn't understand that lines ringing in and lines calling out were different interms of how you programme .They were coming to this system from one with with 3 lines/3 analog phones. and I had never done ccr before,Anyway the questions answered and I appreciate your help [This message has been edited by goddy (edited November 04, 2004).]
