On page 91 of the Call Pilot 150 Administration Guide, there is a procedure to reset the Administrator password. I've tried this, it acts like it worked, but it doesn't.
Two questions:
In the Set:xxxx prompt, is the "xxxx" that appears the administrator mailbox number?
Is there an error in the documentation ?
Thanks

I just reset the admin pw on a cp and used the old code. Worked fine! Did you try it?

Unfortunately, my client doesn't know the old code or the administrator mailbox number. The procedure I mentioned before goes like this:

Press [command button] 985
display shows:
Set:xxxx Next (my system says X265 here)
Press 9
display shows:
Pswd:
Retry OK
Press xxxxxxxxxxx and press OK
display shows:
Reset Password:
Yes No
Press Yes

So, that's what I did then tried logging in to the administrator mailbox (which I assume is 265) with the default password of 0000.
But, no dice.
