Hello All,
I am the newest of the newbies...
Here is the problem
Sporadically the Vmail Xfer from the ACD will stop working... It will send the caller into an infinite Hold Queue… Restarting the ACD seems to correct the problem temporarily however I need to find out what causes the handshaking to break… Anyone have any ideas…

How many ports are on the VM?
Could it be that it is simply maxed out periodically?
Punch down all your damn pairs!..........(please).
