I am having a problem getting my call pilot to connect to my CICS plus version 4.1. I have been unable to use the Lan connection, but the serial shows that the TCM isn't connected on 1 or 2. I used the cables provided with the unit. There is only one jack on the cics, so I didn't connect port b. Is this where my problem is?

You should be connecting the CP to a station port of the CICS, not the jack on the KSU. That's what it sounds like you have done.
