can any one help me, i got norstar MICS 4.1 with pri opend with key code also equipped with service card nt7b74ga ,( first site)
and i got opt.61c equipped with PRI T1 connection card nt5d12ah ( second site ).
the main isSue is to connect them with PRI.
Each time channels gives me MSBY not IDLE

Check your protocol settings. Also check the 61 route programming to see if it's set to voice calls.

In order to connect a Norstar MICS with an option system thru PRI (Point to point ) the minimum requirements for the MICS at least release 6.0 and above and it’s required a key code (MCDN) to enable the SL1 protocol. However you can connect them thru T1 with no problem as E&M lines.I hope that helps.
